Since 1986, Don has specialised in document and information management systems using structured languages. He has extensive experience in planning, coordinating, and delivering complex data conversion and application development projects. His work spans a wide range of industries, including aviation, automotive, manufacturing, defence, legal, government, pharmaceutical, education, and reference.

Don is the visionary behind the tekPublish product range, responsible for guiding its business and commercial success. He manages all operational aspects while actively exploring strategic initiatives, including key partnerships and joint ventures, to expand market reach and drive long-term growth.

Don’s leadership at eGloo is built on a foundation of decades of experience. His career journey includes serving as Chief Technology Officer for Spike Cyberworks and holding key management roles at Allette Systems and the Australian Defence Industries Electronic Division (now Thales). This extensive background, which began with five years at the Canadian Department of Defence, provides a deep well of knowledge and perspective that continues to drive innovation.
