Comments are a class of XLink that can be posted to different locations in the content or application.

A Comment can evolve into a Task.
It is assumed that the Member has permissions to post a Comment and are currently using v6.0 of the product tekAuthor.

Email notifications
When certain comment events occur, email notifications are sent to Members of the Group. Who is notified and when depends on the options of the event and the notification settings for the Member of a particular Group.

Comment Indicators
Comment indicators can be found in the table of contents.
A round orange indicator to the right of the headings allows the Member to drill down to the Comment location. At the end of the drill down a Comment indicator will display to the right of the heading. Select the heading to go to the document that contains the Comment(s).
