
Don has been involved in document and information management systems based on structured languages since 1988. In May 2002 he founded eGloo Technologies and since that time has been instrumental in the continued leadership, growth and success of the company and its revenue streams.
Don is responsible for formulating and managing eGloo's strategic direction while identifying and capitalising on business opportunities that leverage off the company's experience and skills. In his 9+ years as Managing Director, Don has formed trusted business and commercial relationships with clients across a broad range of industries.
With a unique leadership style Don is able to recruit and retain best of breed technical resources. He has provided innovative ideas and selective recruitment in moving the business into the mobile technology space and is behind the push to bring the eGloo HTML5 TechReader to market.
Prior to eGloo Don was Chief Technology Officer for Spike Cyberworks and held management positions in Allette Systems and Australian Defence Industries Electronic Division (now Thales). Prior to his 1986 Australian migration, Don spent 5 years with the Canadian Department of Defence.

Having completed a doctoral thesis in computer based text and language processing in 1991, Alan now has more than 20 years experience specialising in SGML and XML technologies, particularly in the field of legal and technical publishing.
Alan has successfully managed and implemented numerous very large and complex data migrations for a range of clients including LexisNexis, Australian Department of Defence, New South Wales Parliamentary Counsels Office, and Unisys NZ.
In recent years Alan has spearheaded several projects to provide specialised XML based solutions to the New South Wales Electoral Commission, in particular the Virtual Tally Room, which is the Commission's official website used to display election results for the NSW State Government Elections in 2007 and 2011, and for the NSW Local Government Elections in 2008.
Alan's broad experience and depth of expertise, enables eGloo to go far beyond the "out of the box" solutions offered by other companies, and provide true end-to-end solutions customised and optimised to the needs of our clients.

As Chief Technology Officer Dave is responsible for technological leadership and direction that provides the best mix of integration, total cost effectiveness, innovation and stability to satisfy all client requirements.
Dave is a key part of the Executive Team and is a strong champion of industry standards and best practices, constantly providing vision, recommendations and a delivery model that will shape the technological strategies that support the mission and goals of eGloo Technologies now and into the future.
With over ten years experience in delivering web based solutions for a wide range of clients including, Toyota, UK and US government agencies and online gaming companies, Dave has developed excellent customer relationships at all levels.
Clear communication being key to the successful delivery and implementation of IT projects, Dave covers complex technical concepts with both technical and non-technical audiences alike in a way everyone understands.

Dave has a B.Sc. Mathematics with Oceanography from the University of Southampton, UK.
