eGloo Buys In to 25% Ownership of Pharmaceutical ETMS6 March 2006 The ink is just drying on contract signatures that will give eGloo 25% share of a newly formed company called Atlas Pty Limited (Atlas). The Atlas consortium already have an existing "Electronic Territory Management System" (ETMS) that is being used within the Pharmaceutical industry globally. The Altas consortium are a number of experienced people within the Pharmaceutical industry and a technical component in eGloo Technologies. Over the next few months eGloo will be enhancing the existing product and using standards based systems to allow it to port to any device within multiple languages. |
